Our goals are to:

• Raise funds for traumatic brain injury research and education, with special emphasis on persistent vegetative and minimally conscious states, at the Mischer Neuroscience Institute at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
   

• Provide hope for improved quality of life for individuals living with traumatic brain injuries.
   

• Raise awareness of the need for more and continued traumatic brain injury research.
   

• Provide ongoing emotional and financial support for traumatic brain injury patients and their families.
   

• Influence local, state and federal policy regarding funding for traumatic brain injury research.
